Juan Quiroga (born 1973 in La Serena, Chile) is a Chilean footballer.

Quiroga debuted at Club de Deportes La Serena in 1992. He score his first goal in the following season in a game against Club de Deportes Temuco on 6 August 1993, winning the game 1–0. His campaigns took him a good punch by the "U" champion in 1995, where until 1997 he played the opening 19 games, scoring just three goals.
Quiroga then went to Club de Deportes Puerto Montt for a year loan and return in 1998 to blue. He had a downturn in the personal in football to return with batteries charged.
